Deepa’s mother hated the very idea of giving her hand in marriage to a poor boy like Vijay but Vijay's bosom friend Dharmesh who was a quwwal and actor wanted that their love should be successful and they should be united in wedlock. Ranbir was a scoundrel and unprincipled man. He saw Deepa and fell in love with her at first sight and to gain her he employed all sorts of gimmicks. But Dharmesh knew him inside out and he put the spanner in works.
